Marketing Lead
We’re looking for a talented marketing expert to shape, execute, and continually refine the marketing strategy for our indie co-op / MMORPG game. You’ll be the person who ensures our development, community, and marketing efforts stay aligned.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in small teams, enjoys autonomy, and can oversee marketing direction, coordination, and execution across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute our overall marketing strategy and campaign roadmap
- Plan and manage social outreach across platforms (X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, etc.)
- Coordinate internal video creators for gameplay capture and promotional materials
- Source and secure influencers for marketing beats and larger campaigns
- Ensure the development team has what they need to support upcoming marketing milestones
- Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all marketing visuals with help from our art lead
- Track marketing metrics, analyze results, and refine strategy over time
- Act as a communication bridge between development, agencies, partners, and investors
- Write social posts, engage with the community, continuously getting a read and tracking trends
Who You Are
- Experienced in marketing games (indie, multiplayer, co-op or MMO titles a plus)
- Strong communicator who can translate development goals into clear marketing action
- Comfortable taking ownership of both high-level planning and hands-on execution
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Familiar with influencer outreach, campaign planning, and platform-specific best practices

- 70,000 – 80,000 USD / Yearly salary
